THE NEW COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT OF YSU COMES INTO FORCE TOMORROW
Acting YSU Rector Gegham Gevorgyan and Trade Union Chairman Armen Avetisyan signed a new collective agreement of YSU today, which will come into force today.
“The first collective agreement was signed at the university in 2007. The development of the fourth collective agreement began in March this year through the relevant commission,” said Armen Avetisyan.
He assured that the collective agreement will make it possible to make the relations of social partnership between the trade union and the employer more effective: “There were shortcomings in the previous agreement, the development of a new collective agreement made it possible to correct them.”
The chairman of the Trade Union expressed gratitude the Acting Rector of YSU for the favorable position of social partnership throughout the discussion of the draft new collective agreement.
